潘×,女,10岁,住院号65923.1989年4月24日被蚂蜂螫伤左眼睑,伤后感局部持续性刺痛并向头部放射.视物尚清.翌日来我院门诊,诊断为左眼睑蜂螫伤.给静脉滴注红霉素0.6g.氢化可的松100mg,治疗2天眼部红肿胀痛加剧,伴睁眼困难、眼眵增多、发热、眼球前突.无复视、头晕或恶心、呕吐.检查:T37.3℃,发育、营养一般,神志清,呈急性痛苦表情.左眼视力1.2,眼压Tn,眼睑明显红肿以外眦部较著,可见点状蜂刺伤痕,局部压痛,无波动感,球结膜高度水肿充血突出于睑裂以外,眼球前突、活动受限,眼底正常.白细
