目的:探讨一站式儿童保健服务模式在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年4月-2015年4月在我院儿科接受儿童保健服务的12000名儿童作为研究对象,根据时间先后顺序分为研究组和对照组(各6000例),对照组按照传统模式实施儿童保健服务,研究组实施一站式儿童保健服务,比较两组儿童的保健服务质量、家长满意度等。结果:研究组儿童接受保健服务的平均等待时间为(32.5±4.6)min,对照组儿童为(56.0±4.0)min,研究组儿童的服务等待时间显著短于对照组,P<0.05;研究组儿童的保健服务、系统管理覆盖率分别为84.05%、73.03%,对照组分别为51.00%、62.02%,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组儿童家属对儿童保健服务的满意率、总满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童保健工作中引入一站式儿童保健服务模式,能有效提高保健服务质量,提升儿童家属的满意度,对于促进儿童健康成长具有重大意义,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of one-stop child health service model in child health care. Methods: From April 2013 to April 2015, 12000 children receiving pediatric health care services in our pediatric department were selected as research objects. According to the chronological order, they were divided into study group and control group (each 6000 cases). The control group was treated according to the traditional model Implementation of child health services, research group implementation of one-stop child health services, compared to two groups of children’s health service quality, parental satisfaction and so on. Results: The mean waiting time for children receiving health care was (32.5 ± 4.6) min in study group and (56.0 ± 4.0) min in control group, and the service waiting time in study group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P <0.05). The study group The coverage rates of children’s health services and system management were 84.05% and 73.03% respectively, while the control groups were 51.00% and 62.02% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) Service satisfaction rate and total satisfaction rate were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The introduction of one-stop child health care service model in child health care can effectively improve the quality of health care services and enhance the satisfaction of children’s family members. It is of great significance to promote the healthy growth of children and is worthy of promotion and application.
