为替代碱式铬鞣剂,并避免在制备过程中使用甲醛,以芳香胺聚合物为载体制备了一种含适当蒙囿剂的新型铝鞣剂。该合成鞣剂含有磺化芳香族化合物,并具有经筛选过的特定官能团与铝盐配位。其结构特征决定了该配合物具有良好的填充性,可单独用于皮革鞣制,鞣后皮革的收缩温度可达到85℃。由于产品的沉淀pH值较高,因此,脱灰后可省去浸酸步骤直接进行铝鞣。该产品的另一优点在于其不同于常规的酚类物质,不会发生光氧化反应,因此,鞣后皮革不会发生黄变。
In order to replace the basic chrome tanning agent, and to avoid the use of formaldehyde in the preparation process, an aromatic amine polymer is used as a carrier to prepare a new type of aluminum tanning agent with a suitable matte agent. The synthetic tanning agent contains a sulfonated aromatic compound and has a specific functional group screened to coordinate with the aluminum salt. Its structural characteristics determine that the complex has a good filling, can be used alone for leather tanning, leather tanning temperature can reach 85 ℃. Due to the high pH value of the product precipitation, it is possible to dispense with the pickling step to separate the aluminum directly after deashing. A further advantage of this product is that unlike conventional phenols, photooxidation does not occur and therefore the tanned leather does not yellow out.
