引起红细胞ABO血型鉴定困难的原因很多,如各血型亚型的存在和红细胞多凝集现象等。1991年11月,我们发现红细胞表面A抗原减弱引起血型鉴定困难1例。现报道如下。患者,女,41岁,20年前开始感头昏、乏力及皮肤散在瘀斑,可自行消退。7年前上述症状加重,在某医院诊断为血小板减少性紫癜,血型鉴定为A型,输A型全血300ml。半年前因症状复发较以往更严重而入院。

In November 1991, we found that the red blood cell surface A antigen caused by blood type identification difficulties in 1 case. Report as follows now. The patient, female, 41 years old, began to feel dizzy, weak, and scattered ecchymosis 20 years ago. 7 years ago, the symptoms worsened in a hospital diagnosis of thrombocytopenic purpura, blood type identified as type A, lose type A whole blood 300ml. Six months ago due to recurrence of symptoms more serious than in the past and admission.
