残胃癌是良性胃病手术后5年以上在残胃上发生的原发性胃癌。国外已有多篇报导,国内近几年也引起重视。现将本院残胃癌5例,其中早期1例报告如下,病例报告见附表,并结合复习文献对本病略加讨论。讨论一、残胃癌的发病率:按良性胃病术后5年以上发生癌肿的发生率计算,一般报告为1～5.5％,本院近十年来纤维胃镜检查良性手木后胃343例,检出残胃癌5例,占术后胃1.4％,与文献报告基本相符。
Gastric stumps are primary gastric cancers that occur on the remnant stomach more than 5 years after benign gastrectomy. There have been many reports overseas, and domestic attention has also been drawn in recent years. Now there are 5 cases of gastric cancer in our hospital, including 1 case in the early stage. The case report is shown in the attached table, and the disease is briefly discussed in conjunction with reviewing the literature. Discussion I. Incidence of gastric stumps: Calculated according to the incidence of benign gastrectomy more than 5 years after the occurrence of cancer, the general report is 1-5.5%, 343 cases of benign hand veins after fiberoptic gastroscopy in this hospital in the past 10 years. Dismembered gastric cancer in 5 cases, accounting for 1.4% of the stomach after surgery, is basically consistent with the literature reports.
