建立了离子对高效液相色谱法测定米雅利桑爱儿A颗粒剂中泛酸钙、维生素B6及维生素B2的含量。采用C18柱,以含019%(体积分数)磷酸的001mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液甲醇(74∶26)为流动相,检测波长为225nm。线性范围分别为:泛酸钙0064~032mg/ml,维生素B60064~032mg/ml,维生素B20016~008mg/ml;回收率分别为995%,982%,1002%;精密度(RSD)分别为08%、06%、08%。
An ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of calcium pantothenate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B2 in Miyalisang Aiier A Granules. The mobile phase consisted of C18 column and 001 mol / L sodium heptane sulfonate solution with methanol containing 019% phosphoric acid (74:26). The detection wavelength was 225 nm. The linear ranges were as follows: pantothenic acid 0064 ~ 032mg / ml, vitamin B60064 ~ 032mg / ml, vitamin B20016 ~ 008mg / ml. The recoveries were 995%, 98 2% and 1002% respectively. The precision (RSD) were 08%, 06% and 08% respectively.
