本文提出了一种适合于我国电视制式(PAL)传送文字图形数据信息的新方式,它是在全电视信号的行消隐前肩上,用时分复用方式选加几个周期的色副载波,控制色副载波的相位,可以传输2bit的文字、图形信息。这种信道和目前世界各国所采用的场消隐文字广播信道一起,传送文字信息,可以把传输速率提高到原来的2.7倍,从而把用户截获采页信息所需的平均等待时间缩短为原来的一半。此方式适合于PAL彩色电视制式,额外增加的设备是极为简单的。我们把这种新的系统称为行消隐前肩文字广播系统。
In this paper, we propose a new method suitable for teletext data transmission in China’s television system (PAL).
