采用动态硫化法制备了乙烯‐醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE‐SEM )观察动态硫化过程中橡胶相的形态演变,采用能量分散X射线谱(EDX)对动态硫化产物的微观相态结构进行研究,并考察了分散相尺寸对 T PV力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着动态硫化的进行,橡胶相在交联的同时逐渐被撕碎成分散相,在动态硫化至8min (t90)时,橡胶相呈现出稳定的类球状形貌,其粒径约为3~6μm ;在动态硫化过程中,分散相的尺寸随动态硫化时间的增加而明显减小,且改善了T PV的力学性能。“,”Thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) based on ethylene‐vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)/styrene‐butadiene rubber (SBR) blends were prepared by dynamic vulcanization .The morphology e‐volution of phase structure was observed by field emission scanning electron microscope .The micro‐structure of dynamically vulcanized specimens was characterized by energy dispersive X‐Ray spectros‐copy ,and the influence of dispersed phase size on the mechanical properties w as also investigated . The results showed that the rubber phase was fragmented continuously during the dynamic vulcaniza‐tion and was evolved into spherical particles with the diameters of 3~6 μm at 8 min (t90 ) .The size of the dispersed phase decreased with the increase of dynamic vulcanization time ,and refinement of the dispersed phase particle size improved mechanical performance of the T PV .
