通过电化学极化曲线方法 ,系统地研究了乙酸丁酯对LY1 2硬铝合金在 3.5 %氯化钠溶液中的缓蚀作用。实验结果表明 ,乙酸丁酯对铝合金具有较好的缓蚀作用。当乙酸丁酯的浓度较低时 ,缓蚀效率随着其浓度的增大而增大 ,当缓蚀效率达到一个最大值后 ,又有所降低。对乙酸丁酯对铝合金电极反应作用系数的计算结果表明 ,乙酸丁酯主要通过抑制铝合金的阴极反应达到缓蚀作用的。
The corrosion inhibition effect of butyl acetate on 3.5% sodium chloride solution of LY1 2 hard aluminum alloy was systematically investigated by electrochemical polarization curve method. The experimental results show that butyl acetate has a good corrosion inhibition effect on aluminum alloy. When the concentration of butyl acetate is low, the corrosion inhibition efficiency increases with the increase of its concentration. When the inhibition efficiency reaches a maximum, it decreases again. The calculation of reaction coefficient of butyl acetate on aluminum alloy electrode shows that butyl acetate achieves corrosion inhibition mainly by inhibiting the cathode reaction of aluminum alloy.
