在文学中渗透心理健康教育,是缓解当前教育过分注重学生知识的获取和考试能力,忽视对学生健康心理的关注,致使许多高师生不同程度地存在着心理不健康倾向这种严重的教育问题的好方法。具体做法主要是:在文学教学中掌握知识,提高智力,增强自尊与自信;在教学中设置适度的逆境,培养学生的心理耐受力;设置适度的教学目标,培养学生良好的注意品质和自控力,避免挫折心理产生等。最终使学生的智力和心理都得到全面发展。并对自己将来的教育对象产生良好的影响。
