美国《预防》网站近日刊载研究报告指出,许多人都将良好的饮食、适度的锻炼以及药物作为维持HDL/LDL最佳数值的良好途径。但实际上,在实际生活中还有些不可思议的方式对此也有功效,综合运用以下方式,可达到调控胆固醇的一定效果。1、洋葱提取物。最近提交给美国内分泌学会的研究报告发现,洋葱提取物可降低患有糖尿病大鼠血液中的胆固醇。几年前的若干研究也发现洋葱可有效降低坏胆固醇和血糖。科研人员在对印度烹调进行观测后发现,洋葱和大蒜在降胆固醇方面均有帮助。
