目的建立复方鱼腥草喷雾剂质量检测标准.方法采用TLC定性鉴别菊花、甘草;采用HPLC法测定制剂中槲皮素含量:C18柱色谱柱,以ψ(甲醇∶0.4%磷酸)=1∶1为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,测定波长为370 nm.结果 TLC鉴别菊花、甘草,斑点清晰,易于判断;槲皮素在1~100 μg/mL范围内呈良好线性,r=0.9998,平均回收率96.8%(n=6),RSD=0.94%.结论本法具有良好的精密度和回收率,可作为复方鱼腥草喷雾剂质量控制标准.
