近年来,工程勘察设计单位在整体发展定位转型、新业务拓展、业务整合、咨询产品与服务提供方式等方面都做了诸多积极有益的探索和尝试。但总体来看,业务发展模式和路径普遍趋同,差异化、特色化业务的创新,以及对顺应社会发展需要和经济结构调整的前沿专项领域的关注仍显不足。对规模体量的追求符合行业演进和不断整合的一般规律,但对业务本身的差异化定位、专业化选择方面普遍欠缺考虑,使得业务模式、战略定位的选择等方面出现雷同,使得在产业格局中,发展模式和道路缺乏多样化,也使得战略制定的有效性受到影响。
In recent years, engineering survey and design units have made many positive and beneficial explorations and attempts in the areas of overall development orientation and transformation, new business expansion, business integration, consulting products and service delivery. However, on the whole, the business model and path are generally converging. Differences, innovations in distinctive businesses and concerns about cutting-edge special fields that conform to the needs of social development and readjustment of economic structure are still insufficient. The pursuit of scale and quantity is in line with the general law of industry evolution and continuous integration. However, there is a general lack of consideration in differentiation of business itself and selection of specialization, which leads to similarities in terms of business model and strategic positioning.
