目的:探讨全方位护理对COPD患者PaO2、PaCO2、FEV1指标及生活质量的影响。方法:将平均年龄(70.51 ±1.18)岁的多例COPD患者分为I组和II组。单号分为I组,双号位II组,均38例,前一组采用一般护理,后一组在I组的护理方案上进行全方位护理,观察I组和II组患者肺功能、PaO2、PaCO2及生活质量的影响。结果:I组和II组COPD患者经过4周干预后,II组的肺功能水平好于I组(P 2水平均高于I组(P 2低于I组(P 0.05),相比之前干预后上述因素分数升高(P
