1988年以来,我们采用中西医结合的办法治疗混合痔33例,疗效显著,现报告如下: 临床资料: 男性24例,女性9例,发病年龄在30～57岁,平均38.5岁,病程1～15年,以内痔为主的环形痔为24例,以外痔为主的环形痔为9例,术后仅出现一例肛门皮赘、潮湿、搔痒,余病例术后1～2年随访,完全治愈。治疗方法: 术前常规准备及清洁灌肠,无菌操作,麻醉首选骶管麻或肛周长效麻。1.注射疗法:用1∶1消痔灵液(中医广安门院研制)60～80ml,在肛镜下分别在3、7、11点位常规四步注射,后直肠粘膜按摩。2.手术疗法:对混合痔的环形外痔部分行分段切除或结扎,后内括约肌切断,扩肛。操作时以母痔为中心,分别用钳夹起,在两母痔中间切开
