由小平同志根据王大珩、王淦昌、杨嘉墀、陈芳允四位科学家建议,亲自倡导的863计划开创了我国继“两弹一星”后的高技术研究发展的新时期。10年来,国家科委和国防科工委集中了一批优秀专家学者在生物、航天、信息、激光、自动化、能源、新材料7个领域17个主题中取得许多具有国际先进水平的科研成果,大大增强了我国高技术研究和发展的实力。在863计划实施10周年之际,笔者参加了在北京举行的国家863计划10周年工作会议并参观了863计划10周年成果汇报展览。为了增进广大读者对863计划的了解,笔者将根据会议及展览内容向大家介绍863计划的缘起、主要内容及进展情况,并着重介绍由国防科工委主管的航天技术和激光技术两领域10年来进行的研究和取得的成就。

Greatly enhanced the strength of China’s high-tech research and development. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the implementation of the 863 Plan, the author participated in the work conference on the 10th anniversary of the National 863 Plan held in Beijing and visited the results of the 10th Anniversary of the 863 Plan. In order to increase readers’ understanding of the 863 Program, the author will introduce the origins, main contents, and progress of the 863 Program according to the conference and exhibition contents, and highlight the two areas of space technology and laser technology that were under the leadership of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. Research conducted and achievements made.
