随着科学技术不断的发展,各种高强度钢使用越来越普遍,包括大型储罐在内的工程结构逐渐向轻量化和大型化的方向发展。这一个发展方向在提高钢铁材料的韧性和强度等方面有着非常重要的意义,基于此本文对大型储罐用高强度调质钢材料复验进行探讨。本文使用接触式超声波检测、化学分析检测、力学性能试验等方法对大型储罐用钢板材料进行检测。
With the continuous development of science and technology, the use of various high-strength steels is becoming more and more common. Engineering structures including large-scale storage tanks are gradually becoming lighter and larger. This development direction is of great significance in improving the toughness and strength of steel materials. Based on this, the re-inspection of high-strength quenched and tempered steel materials for large storage tanks is discussed. In this paper, contact-type ultrasonic testing, chemical analysis testing, mechanical properties testing method for large-scale steel tank with storage materials testing.
