我校是一所农村中学,学生底子薄,教育教学质量难以提高。近几年来,我校坚持“科研兴教”的思想,引领教师不断进行校本课题研究。结合学校的具体实际,学校确定了《建立导师助学制度促进潜能生自信发展》小课题,经过一阶段研究探索初有成效,为农村中学解决潜能生问题探索出了一条新路子。 Our school is a rural middle school. The students are very poor and the quality of education and teaching is difficult to improve. In recent years, our university has persisted in the idea of ​​“researching and promoting education” and has led teachers to carry out school-based research. Combining with the specific reality of the school, the school has identified a small topic of “Establishing a Mentorship System to Promote Potential Health, Self-Confidence, and Development”. After a period of research and exploration, it has achieved initial success and explored a new way for rural middle schools to solve potential students’ problems.
