为了进一步缩短混凝土制品的养护周期,确保质量,提高劳动生产率和设备利用率,并探讨混凝土干热养护的原理,我们利用煤气红外线进行了养护陶粒混凝土的试验研究。本文总结的内容包括:煤气红外线养护混凝土的工艺特征;试验用煤气红外线发生器的装置及其技术性能;研究方法与试验结果;煤气红外线养护的陶粒混凝土楼板承载能力的结构检验;采用煤气红外线养护陶粒混凝土墙板及大楼板的工艺方案等。这次试验仍是初步的,尚有许多不完善之处,有待今后反复加深试验和认识。
In order to further shorten the maintenance cycle of concrete products, ensure quality, improve labor productivity and equipment utilization, and explore the principle of dry heat conservation of concrete, we conducted experiments on the conservation of ceramsite concrete using infrared gas. The contents summarized in this paper include: the technical characteristics of gas infrared curing concrete; the device and technical performance of gas infrared generators for testing; research methods and test results; structural inspection of the bearing capacity of ceramic concrete floors with infrared gas curing; Conservation of ceramsite concrete wallboards and building panels. This experiment is still preliminary, and there are still many imperfections that need to be deepened repeatedly in the future.
