以氯化胆碱和一水合对甲苯磺酸为原料制备了一种氯化胆碱类离子液体,并将其用于催化酯化柠檬酸三丁酯的合成反应。考察一水合柠檬酸与正丁醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、氯化胆碱与一水合对甲苯磺酸物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响及催化剂的重复使用性能。通过优化反应条件,得到较优的工艺条件:一水合柠檬酸与正丁醇物质的量比1.0∶4.0,催化剂用量为一水合柠檬酸质量的5.0%,氯化胆碱与一水合对甲苯磺酸物质的量比1.0∶1.0,反应温度150℃,反应时间4.0 h,此条件下,酯化率可达98.41%。回收分离得到的离子液体重复使用5次后,酯化率仍达93.13%,具有一定的工业应用价值。
A choline chloride ionic liquid was prepared from choline chloride and p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate, which was used to catalyze the esterification of tributyl citrate. The molar ratio of citric acid to n-butanol monohydrate, the amount of catalyst, the molar ratio of choline chloride to p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate, the reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction and the reusability of the catalyst were investigated. By optimizing the reaction conditions, the optimum conditions were obtained: the molar ratio of citric acid monohydrate to n-butanol monohydrate was 1.0: 4.0, the amount of catalyst was 5.0% of the mass of citric acid monohydrate, the molar ratio of choline chloride to p- Acid ratio 1.0:1.0, reaction temperature 150 ℃, reaction time 4.0 h, under these conditions, the esterification rate can reach 98.41%. The ionic liquid recovered after the separation of the repeated use of 5 times, the esterification rate still reached 93.13%, with a certain industrial value.
