目的建立灵芝饮片中腺苷的HPLC测定方法,用以控制该饮片的质量。方法C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.04 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(5∶95,调节pH 6.5);体积流量:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:260 nm。结果腺苷在0.634~3.170μg线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为101.45%。结论该方法可用于灵芝饮片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of adenosine in Ganoderma lucidum decoction for controlling its quality. Method C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.04 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (5:95, pH 6.5); volume flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; ℃; detection wavelength: 260 nm. Results Adenosine showed a good linearity at 0.634 ~ 3.170 μg with an average recovery of 101.45%. Conclusion This method can be used for quality control of Ganoderma lucidum Pieces.
