前曾介绍过,在铝电解槽电阻和反电动势的测量方法中,利用对铝电解槽电流施加瞬间电流脉冲的方法要比实际应用的分段改变系列电流的方法优越得多。其主要优点是测量精度高,并可在生产操作中对上述参数进行检测。此方法的另一重要优点是,适于工厂条件下测量使用,而且,大容量可控硅电流脉冲发生器的制作也简便。因而使脉冲法能够冲破实验室的研究范围而应用于工业电解槽。
It has been previously described that the method of applying an instantaneous current pulse to the current of the aluminum cell is much more advantageous than the method of changing the series current in stages in practical use in the measurement of the resistance and back-EMF of the aluminum reduction cell. The main advantage is the high measurement accuracy and the above parameters can be tested in production operations. Another important advantage of this method is that it is suitable for the measurement under the factory conditions. Moreover, the manufacture of a large-capacity silicon-controlled current pulse generator is also simple and convenient. Therefore, the pulse method can break the scope of the laboratory and applied to the industrial electrolyzer.
