在家鱼人工繁殖中,鱼卵受精率是预测鱼苗产量的基本数据,也是体现生产技术水平的一个重要方面。在正常生产情况下,受精率应达到80％以上。最高受精率可达98％。受精率低于65％时,孵化率和鱼苗质量均不稳定。一、影响受精率的主要因素 1.亲鱼性腺发育状况。包括尚未成熟、成熟过度、同一批亲鱼成熟状况不一致、雌雄鱼成熟度不一致等方面。 2.催产时水温不适宜,或低于或高于适温范围。
