美国作为发达国家，在节水方面已经取得了许多成功的经验。河北省水资源严重匮乏，开展节水工作已迫在眉睫，如何节约水资源，提高水资源的利用率，是一个地区经济能否在未来持续高效发展的必要条件，更是人类能否生存发展的保证。本文分析了美国的节水经验，河北省的节水现状，并根据美国的成功经验，结合河北的实际水情，提出了河北省节水的可行性措施。
As a developed country, the United States has made many successes in saving water. There is a serious shortage of water resources in Hebei Province and it is imminent to carry out water conservation. How to conserve water resources and improve the utilization rate of water resources are the necessary conditions for a regional economy to sustain its development in the future. It is also a guarantee for the survival and development of mankind . This article analyzes the experience of water saving in the United States and the status quo of water saving in Hebei Province. Based on the successful experience of the United States and the actual water conditions in Hebei, this paper puts forward the feasible measures for saving water in Hebei Province.
