本文针对最近全国人大常委会重新修定颁布的《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》，和《中国２１世纪议程》作比较，就该部法律在立法上两个显著的特点进行探讨，期望对该法律的实施有所裨益。
In light of the recent revision of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution” promulgated by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress and its comparison with “China’s Agenda 21”, this article discusses two prominent legislative features of the law of the Ministry. The implementation of the law is helpful.
