我省与华东各省和上海市的协作关系很密切,无论是工业、交通、商业和其他各个方面,都经常要派出大批人员前往上海市采购物资或办理协作联系事宜,有的甚至要长年住在上海办事。为了便于与上海市接洽和办理有关协作联系事务,加强对我省各有关部门派往上海的人员的管理和领导,特作如下决定:一、成立江西省驻沪办事处,作为本会驻上海市的代表机关,直属本会领导,其任务是:1.代表我省与上海市接洽办理有关与上海市的协作、联系事宜;
