目的:通过观察血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、内皮素1(ET-1)、血栓素B(TXB2)和6酮-前列腺素(6-Keto-PGF1a)的变化,研究石榴花多酚(Pomegranate Flower polyphenol,PFP)对2型糖尿病伴高血脂大鼠血管内皮的保护作用。方法:通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)45mg/kg,加高脂饲料喂养建立的2型糖尿病大鼠模型,将成模大鼠随机分为模型组和两个给药剂量组,另设正常对照组,在接受石榴花多酚治疗4周后,测定其相关指标。结果:给药四周后,各组空腹血糖、血浆中ATⅡ、ET-1、TXB2和6-Ke-to-PGF1a差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:石榴花多酚对糖尿病大鼠的血管内皮有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma levels of angiotensin II (ATII), endothelin-1 (ET-1), thromboxane B (TXB2) and 6-Keto-PGF1a, and to study pomegranate polyphenols Protective Effect of Pomegranate Flower Polyphenol (PFP) on Vascular Endothelium in Hyperlipidemia Rats with Type. METHODS: Type 2 diabetic rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of 45 mg/kg streptozotocin (STZ) and high-fat diet. Model rats were randomly divided into model group and two dose groups. In the normal control group, the relevant indicators were measured after 4 weeks of pomegranate polyphenol treatment. Results: Four weeks after the administration, there were significant differences in fasting blood glucose and ATII, ET-1, TXB2 and 6-Ke-to-PGF1a in plasma (P<0.05-0.01). Conclusion: Pomegranate polyphenol has a certain protective effect on the vascular endothelium of diabetic rats.
