本研究通过对需求者出行层次和需求弹性的分析,总结了北京地铁未能成功吸引私家车出行者的原因,分析了基于轨道交通定价的城市交通拥堵消散机理,认为要缓解城市交通拥堵,轨道交通应该制定更高的价格。
Based on the analysis of demand and demand elasticity, this study summarizes the reasons why Beijing Subway failed to attract private car travelers successfully. The paper analyzes the mechanism of urban traffic congestion dissipating based on pricing of rail transportation. It considers that it is necessary to alleviate urban traffic congestion, Traffic should be set higher prices.
