以聚合杂交选育的112个高代稳定自交系及其12个亲本为材料,分别在湖北荆州作中稻和广东广州作早稻种植,研究不同生态条件下水稻齐穗后不同时期剑叶叶绿素含量(SPAD值)日衰减量与出穗促进率的关系。结果表明,广州和荆州水稻齐穗后第11~16天的SPAD值日衰减量与出穗促进率的相关性均达极显著水平,偏相关性均达显著水平。水稻齐穗后第11~16天剑叶SPAD值日衰减量可作为其光温敏感性的评价指标,在此期间,SPAD值日衰减量越大,光温敏感性越强,品种适应性越差,反之,适应性越强。
112 high-generation stable inbred lines and 12 parents selected from poly-crosses as materials were planted in Jingzhou of Hubei Province for early rice and Guangzhou of Guangdong as early rice to study the effects of different ecological conditions on the chlorophyll content (SPAD value) daily decay rate and earbud promotion rate. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the daily decrement of SPAD value and the rate of earbirth promotion on the 11th to 16th days after sprouting in Guangzhou and Jingzhou rice, and the partial correlations reached significant levels. The daily decrement of SPAD value of flag leaves at 11th to 16th days after full heading could be used as the evaluation index of light and temperature sensitivity. During this period, the greater the daily attenuation of SPAD, the stronger light and temperature sensitivity, the more adaptability of varieties Poor, on the other hand, the more adaptable.
