最近从中国航天科工集团公司二院获悉,该院699厂自主研发设计的钛合金管热弯模具日前试模成功,标志着该厂大口径、薄壁型钛合金管热弯模具研制获突破。此项研究填补了国内高精度热弯模具研制的空白。据介绍,此次由西工大提出设计需求的大口径薄壁钛合金管热弯模具,属于集加热、循环水冷、隔热于一体的热弯模具。由于工作温度、材料、冷却及温度传递等方面原因,极易出现起皱、破裂等缺陷,目前国内尚无厂家可以完成该种模具的设计加工。699厂采取多种加工、冷却方式,充分考虑模具弯制过程中热胀冷缩对
