简介 腺病毒是一种由小儿腺体中分离出来的病毒。这种病毒分布极广。由该病毒引起的肺炎,在世界许多国家都有报导,我国北京、长春、南京、上海等地均有发生。以儿童为多发。每年冬春为发病高峰季节。病死率较高。因此,以特异的免疫血清治疗这种病毒感染受到了注意。 1960—1969年,长春生物制品研究所生产了腺病毒免疫血清。但对其治疗效果,各地结论不一。这里,既可能是免疫血清本身有问题,也可能是诊断不及时,病情加重,影响治疗效果;再就是诊断不确切,把一般肺炎误诊为腺病毒肺炎,影响了疗效的评价。我校儿科1974年春天应用免疫萤光技术,提高了腺病毒肺炎的确诊率,并达到早期诊断。生物制品所又采用新工艺改进生产,使血清纯度和抗体滴度较前提高。在上述基础上,儿科同志对腺病毒肺炎的抗血清疗效进行了进一步的临床观察。结果证明腺病毒免疫血清确有较好疗效,为推广这种免疫血清,提高腺病毒肺炎的治愈率,保障儿童健康作了一定的工作。 本文介绍了他们这一研究的方法(包括免疫萤光诊断方法与治疗方法)及观察结果。

My school pediatric 1974 spring immunofluorescence technology to improve the diagnosis of adenovirus pneumonia, and to achieve early diagnosis. Biological products and the use of new technology to improve production, the serum purity and antibody titers higher than before. Based on the above, pediatric comrades on adenovirus pneumonia antiserum efficacy further clinical observation. The results show that adenovirus immune serum does have a good effect, in order to promote this immune serum, improve the cure rate of adenovirus pneumonia, to protect children’s health made some work.
