通过全国系统抽样,获取疾病预防控制机构2005年人力结构基本资料,从年龄、学历、职称和专业四个维度对疾病预防控制机构人员构成进行描述。结果显示,全国疾病预防控制机构在岗人员平均年龄为39.8岁,以大、中专学历为主,本科学历次之,职称集中在初、中级水平,专业化程度较高,并以预防医学和非预防专业的医学专业背景为主。
Through systematic sampling of the country, we obtained basic data on the human structure of the disease prevention and control institutions in 2005, and described the composition of the personnel of the disease prevention and control agency from the four dimensions of age, academic qualifications, professional titles, and specialties. The results showed that the average age of staff in the National Disease Prevention and Control Agency was 39.8 years old, mainly academic qualifications in universities and secondary schools, followed by bachelor’s degree, and the titles were concentrated in the initial and intermediate levels, with a high degree of specialization, and with preventive medicine and non- Prevention professional medical background is the mainstay.
