目的:探讨前列地尔联合左卡尼汀治疗急性左心功能衰竭合并肾功不全的临床效果。方法:将该院进行急性左心功能衰竭合并肾功不全治疗的70例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组行左卡尼汀治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合前列地尔治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的(74.29%,P<0.05);治疗组心率、收缩压、舒张压以及血清B型前脑钠肽、肌酐及尿胆素等指标变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合左卡尼汀治疗急性左心功能衰竭合并肾功不全患者效果显著,可有效保障患者的心肾功能,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil in combination with levocarnitine in the treatment of acute left heart failure combined with renal insufficiency. Methods: Seventy patients with acute left heart failure and renal insufficiency treated in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with levocarnitine. The treatment group was treated with alprostadil on this basis, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.29%, P <0.05). The heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and serum BNP, creatinine and urine Cholesterol and other indicators were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Alprostadil combined with levocarnitine has significant effect on patients with acute left heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency, which can effectively protect the heart and kidney function of patients and is worth promoting.
