1、举办系列渔业学术报告会。(1)由广东省海洋与渔业局局长、广东水产学会理事长李珠江向有关科技人员作《现阶段广东渔业科技工作的形势和任务》专题报告。(2)邀请全国渔业方面的两院院士到本省做系列学术报告。(3)钟麟先生学术思想及家鱼人工繁殖成就专题报告会。2、结合农业部全国渔业科技项目库的推荐工作,建设广东省渔业科技项目库。根据农业部《新阶段渔业科技工作重点领域》,结合《广东省2001～2015年科技兴渔规划》,建立并完善本省渔业科技项目库。在此基础上,筛选出一些优秀项目向农业部渔业局推荐,争取纳入全国渔业科技项目库。同时向财政厅、科技厅积极推荐渔业科技项目库的项目,争取纳入省各项科技计划。
1, held a series of fisheries academic seminars. (1) The special report entitled “Situation and Tasks of Guangdong Fishery Science and Technology Work at Present Stage” was delivered to the relevant scientific and technical personnel by the director of Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Oceanography and Fisheries and director of Guangdong Fisheries Society Li Zhujiang. (2) To invite academicians from both houses of the national fishery to make a series of academic reports to the province. (3) Mr. Zhong Lin academic thought and the achievement of artificial reproduction of fish seminar. 2, in conjunction with the recommendation of the Ministry of Agriculture National Fisheries Science and Technology Project Library, build the Guangdong Provincial Fisheries Science and Technology Project Library. According to the “Key Stage of Fishery Science and Technology Work” of the Ministry of Agriculture and the “Planning for the Revitalization of Science and Technology from 2001 to 2015 in Guangdong Province”, the project of establishing a fishery science and technology project base in the province shall be established and perfected. On this basis, some excellent projects were screened for recommendation to the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture for inclusion in the national fisheries science and technology project library. At the same time, we will actively recommend the projects of the fishery science and technology project library to the Department of Finance and the Science and Technology Department and strive to include all the science and technology plans in the province.
