糖是人体必需的养分,是构成身体组织的成分之一,在生理上起着产生热能、节约蛋白质消耗的作用。如果糖类摄入不足,则生长发育迟缓、体重减轻、易于疲劳;但摄入过多,则可致肥胖症、龋齿等。因此,孩子要择时、适当地吃糖,才能做到恰到好处,正常儿童在以下情况可以吃糖。
