本文针对复合材料层合板T型螺接接头在受拉及受剪两种情况下的损伤及失效问题进行了研究。使用“特征距离”算法,将材料刚度退化模型推广至受拉及受剪两种受载情况,借助三维Hashin失效判据,利用商业有限元软件ABAQUS建立了三维有限元模型,对接头在两种受载情况下的损伤及失效问题进行了有限元模拟并给出了对于失效形式的预测。计算结果同实验数据吻合较好,所预测失效形式也同实验结果基本一致,证明了这一刚度退化方法在复合材料螺接接头强度估算中的有效性。
In this paper, the T-type joint of composite laminates in tension and shear were two cases of damage and failure problems were studied. Using the “feature distance” algorithm, the material stiffness degradation model is extended to two kinds of tensioned and sheared loads. With the 3D Hashin failure criterion, the commercial finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model. Two kinds of damage and failure problems under load were simulated by finite element method and the prediction of failure modes was given. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data, and the predicted failure modes are also basically consistent with the experimental ones. It proves the effectiveness of this stiffness degeneration method in the strength estimation of composite screw joints.
