本文结合武汉市中心的某办公大楼工程,针对深基坑地下连续墙叠合地下室外墙提出了一种安拆方便的单侧模板支撑体系,采用ANSYS软件对不同混凝土浇筑速度下单侧模支撑体系进行了研究,确定了该支撑体系的强度、变形和稳定性与浇筑速度的关系。选取混凝土浇筑速度为2.5m/h的情况,对单侧模板支撑体系及其支撑楼板进行了有限元分析并通过现场试验验证了该支撑体系的可行性。
In this paper, an office building project in the center of Wuhan City is proposed, which is convenient for installation and removal of one-sided formwork support system for deep foundation pit underground continuous wall superimposed basement exterior wall. ANSYS software is used to calculate the unilateral side mold support System was studied to determine the strength of the support system, deformation and stability and pouring speed relationship. Select the concrete pouring speed of 2.5m / h situation, the unilateral template support system and its supporting floor were analyzed by finite element method and field test to verify the feasibility of the support system.
