大连市甘井子区北华小学是一所城镇化建设的改制学校。由于学校基础建设较差,师资队伍能力薄弱,家长文化经济水平偏低,2006年被区确定为薄弱学校。弱者思强,弱者思变。《教育部办公厅关于开展体育艺术2+1项目实验工作的通知》使我校有了施改、思变的突破口。几年来,我校由体艺2+1项目的探视、完善、发展,逐渐延伸为集“文化、艺术、健体”于一体的创新型学校。我们开展体艺2+1项目,采取了“一三四”模式,即一以推进素质教
Beihua Primary School in Ganjingzi District of Dalian City is a reformed school with urbanization.
