对话教学理念已日渐为语文教师接纳,但由于认识的局限、观念的偏差,在教学中也出现了无效、低效的对话现象。要取得高效的师生对话,教师在与文本充分对话之余,还应认识对话目的、构建对话内容,引导生本对话,教会学生表达,在民主平等的关系中,轻松愉悦的氛围里与学生发生思维碰撞,共同建构新知。
