公诉机关:海南省海口市振东区人民检察院。 被告人:黄永柱,男,28岁,四川省开江县人,农民,因涉嫌绑架于2000年5月16日被逮捕。 辩护人:张晓东,海南省对外经济律师事务所律师。 被告人黄永柱绑架一案,由海南省海口市振东区人民检察院向海口市振东区人民法院提起公诉。 起诉书指控:被告人黄永柱伙同王飞、陈博、黄建、苏荣、张军、唐波、姜波等人,将搞非法传销活动的邹红星挟持并控制起来,给邹红星之妻打电话索要赎金6万元。公安人员接到报案后赶到现场救出邹红星,次日抓获黄永柱。黄永柱的行为触犯《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十九条第一款的规定,构成绑架罪,请依法判处。

The defendant, Huang Yongzhu, was kidnapped and prosecuted by the People’s Procuratorate of Zhendong District, Haikou City, Hainan Province to Zhendong District People’s Court of Haikou City. The indictment alleges that the accused Huang Yongzhu, together with Wang Fei, Chen Bo, Huang Jian, Su Rong, Zhang Jun, Tang Bo and Jiang Bo, etc., took and controlled Zhou Zouxing, who engaged in illegal pyramid selling activities, and called Zou Hongxing’s wife Request ransom 60,000 yuan.
