目的:探讨人性化护理在肛肠外科患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2011年3月至2015年3月收治于该院肛肠外科的248例患者作为研究对象,按照随机的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组124例,对该组患者实施常规的护理措施进行护理,观察组124例,对该组患者实施人性化护理措施进行护理,比较两种不同护理方式下患者的恢复情况和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗的有效率为98.39%,并发症发生率为1.61%,对护理服务的满意度为96.77%,对照组患者治疗的有效率为91.93%,并发发生率、护理服务的满意度等方面均优于对照组,两组相比较(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:对肛肠外科患者实施人性化的护理措施,可有效的提高患者的依从度,加快患者的恢复,避免了护患纠纷的发生,大幅度提高患者对服务质量的满意度,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the value of humanized nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with anorectal surgery. Methods: A total of 248 patients admitted to the department of anorectal surgery from March 2011 to March 2015 were selected as the study subjects. According to the principle of randomization, they were divided into observation group and control group, of which 124 cases in control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing measures. The observation group consisted of 124 patients. The patients were treated with humanized nursing measures. The recovery of patients under two different nursing methods and the patients’ satisfaction with nursing services were compared. Results: The effective rate of treatment in observation group was 98.39%, the complication rate was 1.61%, the satisfaction rate to nursing service was 96.77%, the effective rate of treatment in control group was 91.93%, the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing service Degree and so on are superior to the control group, the two groups were compared (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The humanized nursing measures for patients with anorectal surgery can effectively improve patient compliance, speed up the recovery of patients, avoid the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes and greatly improve patient satisfaction with quality of service. It is an important clinical Value.
