人力资源是企业中的一种特殊资源,与物力资源不同,它具有很大的复杂性和可变性,不确定因素多,因此,其价值也很难计量。随着科技、知识在企业发展中的作用越来越大,而掌握技术的人才也变得尤为重要,人才是企业的核心竞争力之一,人力资源价值正确计量非常重要,关系到企业是否能激发员工的积极性,为企业创造更大的价值。工资是人力资源价值计量的主要方法,其理论依据有三点:马克思的劳动力价值理论;人力资源投资是工资差异的主要因素;市场经济决定工资水平。

The correct measurement of the value of human resources is very important, Arouse the enthusiasm of employees, to create greater value for the enterprise. Wages are the main method of human resource value measurement. There are three theoretical bases: Marx’s labor value theory; human resources investment is the main factor of wage difference; and market economy determines the wage level.
