目的 :探讨光动力学疗法联合He -Ne激光照射脾区对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用。方法 :将 4 0只昆明种小鼠接种Louis肺癌细胞 ,做成动物模型。随机分为 4组 ,对照组、光动力学疗法组、He-Ne激光照射组、光动力学疗法与He-Ne激光照射脾区联合治疗组。观察各组小鼠肿瘤的体积、肿瘤抑制脾区率随照射天数的变化及肿瘤生长延迟期。结果 :光动力学疗法与He -Ne激光照射脾区联合治疗组 ,肿瘤抑制率和生长延迟期均优于其他组。结论 :动力学疗法结合He-Ne激光照射脾区可提高治疗肿瘤的疗效
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of photodynamic therapy combined with He-Ne laser irradiation on tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: 40 Kunming mice were inoculated with Louis lung cancer cells and made into animal models. The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, photodynamic therapy group, He-Ne laser irradiation group, photodynamic therapy group and He-Ne laser irradiation spleen area combined treatment group. Observe the volume of tumor in each group of mice, the rate of tumor suppression of spleen area with the number of days of irradiation and tumor growth delay. Results: The combination of photodynamic therapy and He-Ne laser irradiated spleen area showed better tumor inhibition rate and growth delay than the other groups. Conclusion: Kinetic therapy combined with He-Ne laser irradiation spleen area can improve the efficacy of treatment of cancer
