目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤及其拆方对动脉粥样硬化血管平滑肌细胞MAPK调节因子J NK1mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料复制动脉粥样硬化模型,原位杂交法检测主动脉JNK1mRNA的表达。结果:模型组与空白组比较,模型组阳性颗粒显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各药物组与模型组比较,血府组和四逆组JNK1mRNA阳性颗粒的表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);桃红组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤可以有效降低血管平滑肌JNK1mRNA阳性颗粒的表达,可能是其抗动脉粥样硬化血管平滑肌细胞增殖的机理之一。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and its decomposed formulas on the expression of MAPK regulatory factor J NK1mRNA in atherosclerosis vascular smooth muscle cells. Methods: The model of atherosclerosis was replicated with high-fat diet and the expression of JNK1 mRNA in the aorta was detected by in situ hybridization. Results: Compared with the blank group, the positive granules in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the expression of JNK1 mRNA in the Xuefu and Sini groups decreased significantly There was statistical significance (P <0.01); pink group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can effectively reduce the expression of JNK1mRNA positive particles in vascular smooth muscle, which may be one of the mechanisms of anti-atherosclerosis vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation.
