目的评价某全面通风除尘设备除尘效果,为推进机械行业职业病危害防护设备革新提供科学依据。方法在通风除尘设备关闭和开启两种条件下对电焊区粉尘浓度进行检测,并对两组粉尘浓度进行分析评价。结果通风除尘设备开启后粉尘浓度出现降低,粉尘超标率从75.0%下降到12.5%,平均粉尘浓度从4.9 mg/m3降到2.0 mg/m3,降低了59.2%。结论该全面通风除尘设备除尘效果良好,粉尘浓度得到了有效控制,具有在全市同类机械行业推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the dust removal effect of a comprehensive ventilation dust removal equipment and provide a scientific basis for promoting the innovation of protective equipment against occupational hazards in the machinery industry. Methods The dust concentration in the welding area was tested under both the closed and open ventilation and dust removal equipment, and the dust concentration in the two groups was analyzed and evaluated. Results After the dust removal equipment was turned on, the dust concentration decreased, the excessive dust rate dropped from 75.0% to 12.5% and the average dust concentration dropped from 4.9 mg / m3 to 2.0 mg / m3, a decrease of 59.2%. Conclusion The dust removal effect of the comprehensive ventilation and dust removal equipment is good and the dust concentration is effectively controlled with the promotion value of similar machinery industry in the city.
