在长期的初中语文教学中,笔者发现统一的教学要求存在着无法兼顾全体的弊端,无论是从知识性目标的达成,还是学生学习动力的激发等方面,都存在着这样的问题。针对这一现状,笔者在教学中开展了分层模式探究,有效提升了初中语文教学成效。本文将结合探究出的分层教学模式如何真正运用于实际教学之中作简要分析,以展现语文教学的成效。
In the long-term Chinese teaching of junior high school, the author finds that there is such a problem that the unified teaching requirement can not take all the problems into consideration, whether from the achievement of the intellectual goal or the motivation of the students’ learning motivation. In response to this situation, the author carried out in the teaching of stratified mode to explore, effectively improve the effectiveness of junior high school Chinese teaching. This article will explore how the layered teaching model can be really used in practical teaching for a brief analysis to show the effectiveness of Chinese teaching.
