由于种种客观条件的限制,民工子弟学校仍是现阶段解决农民工子女入学教育问题的重要渠道之一。而民工子弟学校的师资建设问题,又是影响和制约民工子弟学校教育质量提升的关键因素和薄弱环节之一。采用问卷调查法对上海市民工子弟学校青年教师工作、生活、职后教育等状况以及这一群体对自身现状的认知、态度与评价作了系统、深入的实证调研与分析,结果发现:民工子弟学校青年教师队伍流动性大,工作强度高,薪资待遇低,业余生活单调,职后教育欠缺。但这一群体的职业认同度较高,对自身境遇的改善和未来发展保持积极乐观的态度。
Due to various objective conditions, migrant children’s schools are still one of the important channels for solving the problem of education for migrant workers’ children at this stage. The construction of teachers’ schools in migrant children’s schools is also one of the key factors and the weak links that affect and restrict the quality of migrant children’s school education. A questionnaire survey was conducted to systematically investigate and analyze the status quo, attitudes and evaluation of young teachers in Shanghai’s migrant workers’ schools, including their work, living and after-school education, and their own status quo. The results showed that: The young teachers in the school have large mobility, high work intensity, low salary, monotonous leisure life and lack of post-education. However, this group has a high degree of professional recognition and maintains a positive and optimistic attitude towards the improvement of its own situation and its future development.
