知识经济时代,人力资本对企业参与竞争,特别是参与全球竞争的作用日显重要。但由于制度障碍,人力资本参与企业分配尚不能有效落实。这项关于人力资本参与企业分配的研究,试图通过对理论和实践的多维透视,探讨人力资本出资的必要性和可行性,并提出人力资本出资的实施对策,为各级政府决策提供参考。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, human capital plays an increasingly important role in participating in the competition among enterprises, especially in participating in global competition. However, due to institutional barriers, the allocation of human capital to enterprises can not be effectively implemented. This study on the human capital participation in the distribution of enterprises tries to explore the necessity and feasibility of capital contribution from human capital through multidimensional perspective on theory and practice and puts forward the countermeasures for the implementation of human capital investment so as to provide reference for government decision-making at all levels.
