修正的圆拟合法及在硅橡胶憎水性检测中的应用

为提高硅橡胶材料静态接触角计算的准确性,提出了一种修正圆拟合法的静态接触角算法。基于Young-Laplace方程产生水珠边缘曲线,研究了水珠体积<1 000μL且接触线≤2cm,静态接触角>5°且<179°时水珠体积和接触角对圆拟合算法准确性的影响。结果表明:随着水珠体积的增加,圆拟合算法误差逐渐增大,误差甚至可能超过100°。利用以上计算结果基于线性2维插值获得了不同水珠体积和接触角时更加准确的接触角计算结果,当水珠体积<1 000μL且接触线≤2cm时,可修正圆拟合算法计算所得的接触角。将所提方法应用于仿真得到的不同憎水性和体积的水珠图像以及不同水珠体积下硅橡胶图像静态接触角的计算,结果证明了该方法可有效提高静态接触角测量的准确性,其中仿真计算结果的最大误差<1°,且它实现较为容易、计算量也相对较小。该方法也可提高其他材料静态接触角测量的准确性。 In order to improve the accuracy of calculation of the static contact angle of silicone rubber material, a static contact angle correction algorithm of circular fitting method is proposed. Based on the Young-Laplace equation, the edge-of-bead curve was generated. The accuracy of the circle fitting algorithm for droplet volume and contact angle when the droplet volume was less than 1 000μL and the contact line was less than or equal to 2cm, the static contact angle was more than 5 ° and <179 ° influences. The results show that with the increase of drop volume, the error of circle fitting algorithm increases gradually and the error may even exceed 100 °. The calculation results of the contact angles with different droplet volumes and contact angles are obtained based on the linear two-dimensional interpolation. The proposed method was applied to the simulation of waterdrop images with different water repellency and volume and the calculation of the static contact angle of silicone rubber images with different drop volume. The results show that this method can effectively improve the accuracy of static contact angle measurement, The maximum error of the simulation results is less than 1 °, and it is easy to implement and the calculation amount is relatively small. This method can also improve the accuracy of static contact angle measurements of other materials.
