目的观察沐舒坦佐治婴幼儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法在常规治疗的基础上加用沐舒坦泵雾化吸入7.5mg,2次/日,连续3天,观察婴幼儿肺炎相关症状及体征变化。结果60例肺炎经沐舒坦辅佐治疗3天后与对照组相比,治疗组(60例)显效31例,有效22例,总有效率为88.3%;对照组(60例)显效17例,有效20例,总有效率61.7%。两组病例经统计学分析,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论沐舒坦是一种有效的祛痰药物,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Mucosolvan in treating infantile pneumonia. Methods On the basis of routine treatment, inhaled mucosolvan pump inhalation 7.5mg, 2 times / day for 3 consecutive days to observe the infant pneumonia-related symptoms and signs. Results Sixty cases of pneumonia were treated with mucosolvan by adjuvant for 3 days. Compared with the control group, the treatment group (60 cases) showed effective in 31 cases and effective in 22 cases, the total effective rate was 88.3%.
